Coaching for Perspective was born in the offices of HeartSpark, a Portland, Oregon company that supports clients to find their new path.  An outgrowth of a wish to help each and every person grow to their full potential, Coaching for Perspective has evolved from an educational pursuit, to a handful of pro-bono clients, to a full time practice. 

Those who benefit most from coaching with Sally are ready to take deliberate, thoughtful action to improve their life.  For instance, Joe had a deep expertise in a specific technology arena.  He wanted to explore options to go to work for a vendor, but was dedicated to avoiding any conflicts of interest and intellectual property issues.  Through a coaching conversation on this issue, Joe was able to determine the course of action that honored both his employer and his career dreams.

In the next few years, Coaching for Perspective will offer group coaching retreats at a mountain get-away, "A Place of Perspective" in beautiful Washington state.  Group coaching offers the tremendous value of the wisdom of the group and a community of like others to help you on your journey.
