Individualized Coaching
Want individualized one-on-one coaching to resolve current issues or roadblocks which have been holding you back?  Most clients work with Sally three times a month for 45 minutes per session, with "crisis" or "triumph" calls or e-mails included as reasonable.  Every client is unique, so scheduling is tailored to your needs.

Group Coaching
Do you learn best in a small group setting?  Then group coaching may be ideal for you.  Groups are immensely powerful in extending your thinking.  Sally's significant experience working with groups elicits diverse perspectives to prompt you forward.  Groups usually include people with similar interests, and launch when five people have signed up.

TeleClasses
Does combining targeted learning and group coaching appeal to you?  If so, a teleclass provides just that -- remotely!  Teleclass topics include:

When you contract for coaching with Sally, you will receive a personalized notebook to track your progress.  Keep and organize your Call Focus Forms (the record of them will show you how far you've come!), your field work assignments, resources and referrals, and a journal. 

Most clients are private, with a fee structure designed to meet most income levels. Sally will contract with organizations to provide coaching for high potential managers and executives.  Rest assured that all conversations are absoutley confidential.
