Sally has worked in private and public sector in diverse areas including human
resources, project management, and ethics for 25 years. She has enjoyed a varied career, and is adept at moving to new
roles. Work experiences include: ethics and compliance director, internal organizational development consultant,
process improvement project management, and coach. Coaching clients on business ethics, life transitions, maximizing
interpersonal style, and career design are Sally's foci.
Sally's coaching style reflects a deep
humanity, encourages empowerment, and co-creates the ideal future. With her humorous touch, the barriers that seemed
immovable dissolve, clients can laugh at own their foibles, and take a more powerful perspective. She applies the
